Being aware of dementia quickly
Being aware of dementia early has the following advantages:
①Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) ※In this stage, devising lifestyle habits may delay the transition to dementia or prevent it from shifting.
②Early treatment (such as taking medicine) at an early stage may slow progress.
③You can review your life according to the situation of yourself and your family, and prepare for the future.
※Mild cognitive impairment (MCI): Forgetfulness is seen as the main symptom, but it has little effect on daily life and cannot be diagnosed with dementia.
Checklist of dementia that you can do by yourself
If you are worried about forgetfulness, have any problems or concerns, do not worry alone and consult your GP or specialized medical institution once.
You can also check it by yourself or someone close to you.
