About refund of Long-term Care Insurance Premium

Long-term Care Insurance Premium refund

 As a result of recalculation of Long-term Care Insurance Premium due to transfer, death, etc., if the insurance premium falls or the same delivery date is paid twice, the overpaid amount (error payment) may occur. If an incorrect payment occurs, it will be returned to the insured or heir as a refund.
 Target person will be notified in the "Long-term Care Insurance Premium Refund Notice". In addition, please fill in the required items and return it in the enclosedLong-term Care Insurance Premium return envelope. (If you have already registered for fund transfer for Long-term Care Insurance Premium payment, you do not need to complete the procedure.)
 Please fill in the refund account transfer request form referring to the following entry example.
※Beware of fraudulent calls disguised as Yokohama City staff. You will not be asked to operate an ATM for refunds.
