I would like to introduce a training instructor for employees on disability discrimination.

In Yokohama-shi, we introduce lecturer of training about disability discrimination cancellation. Lecturers are "persons with disabilities" and "family of people with disabilities", and what is necessary for people with disabilities. You can talk about what is a consideration.

In April 2016, the Disability Discrimination Elimination Law (Act on Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination Due to Disability) started.
This law prohibits businesses and government agencies from "unfair discriminatory treatment" on the grounds of disability, and stipulates that "reasonable accommodation."
Businesses are obliged to make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations, but in providing appropriate consideration to persons with disabilities, each employee should deepen their understanding of disabilities. Is considered necessary. For this reason, we have launched such a training instructor introduction system so that each company can actively engage in employee training.
