The Law on the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities, which was revised and promulgated in June 2021, came into effect on April 1, 2024, and the provision of reasonable accommodation by businesses as well as administrative agencies has become a "legal obligation." Was.
What is the provision of reasonable accommodation?
・Care should be taken as much as possible so that stores, facilities, services, etc. can be used as well as people without disabilities.
・In order to provide reasonable accommodation, it is important to be close to the other party and try to understand what you are having trouble with.
