By letting you know in advance in the health notebook that you would like to consider at the time of consultation, you will be able to enter the consultation smoothly.
２．When explaining your medical history, life history, medication information, etc., you will be able to correctly convey what you tend to forget.
３．By carrying this notebook in the event of a disaster, you will be able to understand the condition of the disability and the medication status and take appropriate action.
