Let's empower to work Yokohama City Office Training Program
In this practice, people with disabilities can experience "what is working" and "what is the workplace" in the actual workplace. Through this experience, we aim to increase motivation to work and to encourage a step-up for subsequent employment. Those who meet the following three are eligible.
- Those who live in Yokohama City
- Those who are registered with the Employment Support Center (excluding the Mental Handicapped Employment Support Center "Patona")
- Those who are deemed appropriate by the Employment Support Center
※There is no usage fee for training.
※The Employment Support Center will cover the cost of insurance for accidents and injuries during training. (However, transportation expenses and meals to the training destination are paid by yourself.)
※For consultation on use, go to the Employment Support Center in Yokohama City (excluding the Mental Handicapped Employment Support Center "Patona")
Training period
In principle, within 2 weeks (up to 1 month)
Main training destinations and contents of training
- Administrative assistance: Data entry and enclosure work
- Nursing care facilities: nursing care assistance, cleaning
- Nursery school: Assistance for serving, cleaning, washing, etc.
- Super: Product display, product display
- Food processing business: Vegetable processing, bagging
- Textile manufacturing: Bags of towels and towels, assembly of boxes
- Restaurants / coffee shops: Table setting, simple customer service, cleaning, dishwashing
- Real estate industry: Cleaning and weeding of common areas
There are more than 70 places to practice! In addition, there are various types of training.
Flow up to practical training
1. Those who wish to use the training apply to the Employment Support Center in the city (excluding the Mental Handicapped Employment Support Center "Patona").
2. After interviewing with the Employment Support Center, determine whether the use of the training business is appropriate.
3. The Employment Support Center will consider the appropriate training destination for that person based on the content of the interview. As soon as the candidate for the training destination is determined, the Employment Support Center will request the establishment for practical training.
4. Interviews will be conducted by applicants for training, training establishments, employment support center staff, etc., and once the implementation of the training is decided, details such as the training period and time will be determined.
5. Practical training will be conducted according to the content determined in advance. After the training, we will look back on the contents of the training with the staff of the Employment Support Center.
