Persons with disabilities utilize their abilities according to the circumstances of the disability, etc., and provide vocational training to enable the recovery, promotion, and grant of occupational skills.
This is a vocational development facility established by the government and operated by Kanagawa Prefecture based on the Occupational Ability Development Promotion Act.
