[Question Answers] We are looking for business operators to promote agricultural work orders in experimental project.

 In City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau, the Yokohama Joint Order Center for Persons with Disabilities (Wakuru) has been established to promote orders from private companies for disability welfare facilities and expand sales channels for independent products.
 In order to expand work items that can be ordered at welfare facilities for persons with disabilities, increase opportunities for receiving orders, and create confidence and purpose of life for persons with disabilities, we will implement the “Agricultural Work Order Promotion experimental project” from FY2024 in cooperation with the Green Environment Bureau, which is in charge of agricultural administration.
 Therefore, we will conduct a public offering for this experimental project as follows and determine the implementing company.

Application conditions

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
In addition, for the implementing companies in two fields (welfare, agriculture), it is essential that both sides take cooperative relations and cooperation systems on implementation, so when applying, the implementation of two fields (welfare, agriculture) The operator has agreed in advance about that, and must apply at the same time.

[Basic conditions]
(1) Recognized that they have a close relationship with gangsters prescribed in Article 2, Items 2, 4 and 5 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance, gangster management governing corporations, etc., and gangsters prescribed in Article 7 of the Ordinance (In the case of a corporation or other organization, its officers (employees, directors, executive officers, or equivalent persons) are deemed to have a close relationship with gangsters, etc. Article 3) or prohibited.
(2) A person who has not been subject to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act, Bankruptcy Act or Civil Rehabilitation Act, or who has not made special liquidation under the Companies Act.
(3) By rule of Local Government Act enforcement order Article 167-4, bid participation in Yokohama-shi is not restricted.
(4) A person who has not delinquent national and local taxes.

[Conditions at welfare facilities for persons with disabilities]
(1) The disability welfare establishment (hereinafter referred to as the application establishment) to apply must be able to collect at least 7 disability welfare establishments (hereinafter referred to as cooperating establishments) that cooperate with the business.
If the application establishment is an association of multiple corporations, the application establishment itself can be regarded as a cooperating establishment.
(2) All application establishments and cooperating establishments shall be establishments located in Yokohama City.
(3) Cooperating establishments shall be located within two wards adjacent to the ward where the application establishment is located.
(4) In conducting the “Agricultural Work Tour / Experience Session”, instruct the support staff of the cooperating establishment to provide agricultural work at the place where the application establishment is engaged in contract work.
(5) Applicant establishments must be able to determine the contents of farm work requested by farmers and distribute work to cooperating establishments in the "order for farm work".
When distributing work, pay attention to the agricultural work guidance skills and the characteristics of users (disabled persons) of support staff at cooperating establishments.

[Conditions for Farmers]
(1) The applicant farmers (hereinafter referred to as the applicant farmers) must be able to collect at least 7 farmers who cooperate with the project (hereinafter referred to as cooperating farmers).
(2) All applicants and cooperating farmers must live in Yokohama City and own farmland in Yokohama City.
(3) Cooperating farmers must be located within two wards adjacent to the ward where the applicant farmer is located.
(4) Applicant farmers must have experience ordering farm work at the disability establishment that applies at the same time.
(5) Being able to cooperate with Yokohama City and cooperating farmers in conducting the “Agricultural Work Tour / Experience Meeting”.
(6) In carrying out the “Agricultural Work Order”, be able to order farm work multiple times in cooperation with cooperating farmers to cooperating establishments.

[Notes on Implementation]
The selected establishments will attend the workshop held by Motoichi.
(1) Schedule and Contents
 ・1st day Monday, June 17 from 13:00 to 16:00 Classroom lectures, how to use tools, etc.
 ・2nd day Tuesday, July 16 from 13:00 to 16:00 Weeding and fertilization of fields
 ・3rd day Monday, July 22 from 13:00 to 16:00 Preparation for shipment
 ※ If it is about light rain, it will be implemented. In the case of heavy rain, the schedule will be adjusted separately.
 ※ The content may change depending on the weather.
 ※ In the training, agricultural equipment will be used. The use of agricultural equipment may be dangerous, so it is recommended that students take out any accident insurance at their own discretion.
 ※ Due to the convenience of the venue, the number of participants in the workshop may be adjusted.
 ※ If you are unable to participate in the training, please learn the contents of the training yourself and participate in the next training.
