What is the Living Environment Improvement Project?
Housing remodeling tailored to the physical condition (such as the status of daily activities) and housing conditions so that the elderly and disabled children / persons who need support or nursing care can continue living at home. In addition to providing advice on, we support a part of house remodeling costs carried out based on advice.

[Subsidy Details]
・Please consult with us in advance about whether or not you are eligible for the grant.
・We support house remodeling costs (expenses for remodeling bathrooms, toilets, etc.) up to 1.2 million yen (for construction subject to the long-term care insurance system, the long-term care insurance system has priority).
・There is a subsidy limit for individual support equipment. In addition, those who are 65 years old or older and have obtained a certificate of the physically disabled are not eligible in principle.
[Other]
・In principle, the use of the system is limited to once (however, you may be able to apply again depending on the situation).
・New construction and extensions, construction due to aging or breakdown are not eligible.
・If necessary, we will dispatch professional staff such as architects to provide consultation and advice. If benefits are available from The Long-term Care Insurance, the long-term care insurance system will take precedence.
[Expense] There is a self-pay according to the municipal tax amount and income tax levy of the livelihood person.
