Issuance of special welfare tickets

※Precautions for Use※
- This ticket is valid only for the registered person. Lending, transferring, or copying is prohibited even for family members.
- If a person other than the registered person uses or performs any other wrongdoing, the ticket will be collected and will not be issued for one year thereafter. (In some cases, an additional fare may be paid to illegally used transportation operators.)
- This ticket cannot be redeemed.
- If you see an exhibition on a resale site, please contact the City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau Disability Independence Support Division (671-2401).
Issuance of special welfare tickets (physical, intellectual, and mental)
Route buses operating in Yokohama City (including some out-of-city sections. Excluding late-night express buses and highway buses, Yokohama Municipal Subway (all lines)
If you use the Kanazawa Seaside Line (all lines), it will be free. In order to receive the grant, 1,200 yen per year (under 20 years old)
A user's contribution of 600 yen per year is required.
[Target persons]
Those who live in the city corresponding to any of the following and are under 70 years old and have not received a welfare taxi ticket or a car fuel ticket for the disabled
※If you are 70 years old or older and wish, you will be issued a special ride certificate for the elderly.
※For infants (under 6 years old), there is a discount at each business operator. Please consider the necessity of a special welfare ticket before applying.
(1)Those who have a certificate of the physically disabled 1st to 4th grade
(2)Love Notebook (Nursing Handbook) Those who have A1 to B2 or those who have been determined to have an intelligence index of 75 or less at the Rehabilitation Consultation Center for Persons with Disabilities, children's guidance office
(3)Those who have the Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook 1st to 3rd grade

[About the next and subsequent updates]
The next special welfare ticket application and payment slip for the validity period will be mailed to those who are eligible in late August.
You don't need to apply again. ※If you do not have a valid notebook after October 1, you will not be able to issue a special welfare ticket, so if you need to renew it, please update the notebook as soon as possible.
[When switching to a welfare taxi ticket or a car fuel ticket for disabled people during the validity period (October to September of the following year)]
For those who are eligible for a welfare taxi ticket or a car fuel ticket for the disabled, it is possible to switch to these tickets.
※Switching is limited to one time during the validity period.
※Number of months from the month to the end of the validity period (September) x 7 tickets (taxi tickets) or 2 tickets (fuel tickets) will be issued.
※As welfare special ticket and welfare taxi ticket or person with a disability car fuel ticket cannot be paid together, welfare special ticket must be returned.

※If there is any change in your name, Address, or grant eligibility, please notify us immediately. ※When notebook does not correspond to requirements of welfare pass grant, please return welfare pass to ward office. ※Special welfare tickets can be used only by the granter. Never lend or transfer it to others, including your family. (We will collect the ticket as invalid and suspend the subsequent delivery for a certain period of time. In addition, additional fares may be collected from transportation companies).

Special welfare tickets are not eligible for transfer.
The special welfare ticket is a ticket that can only be used by the Yokohama Municipal Subway and Kanazawa Seaside Line, so transfers to other railway lines are not eligible.
