New standards for apartments with a total floor area of 2,000 square meters or more have been newly established. Barrier-free standard about road which was done and standard of barrier-free about city park were enforced as regulations on April 1, 2013.
The Yokohama City Welfare Town Development Ordinance Enforcement Rules also stipulate barrier-free standards for roads and parks, and barrier-free from the perspective of clarity.
