１．Outline of welfare and health activity base
The welfare and health activity base provides a place for citizens' voluntary welfare activities and health activities, so that all citizens can support each other on a daily basis, and live independently with peace of mind where they are accustomed to living. This facility was established to contribute to the realization of a community where people can continue.
