We devised the fourth Yokohama-shi community-based welfare health plan (from the first year to the fifth year).

In Yokohama-shi, we carried out public comment on development of the fourth Yokohama-shi community-based welfare health plan. Thank you for your valuable opinions and suggestions from citizens.
