Citizen guardian training and activity support project

In Yokohama City, we train "citizen guardians" in which citizens are responsible for guardianship activities as familiar local people who support those with insufficient judgment skills due to dementia, intellectual disability, mental illness, etc. In addition, we support activities for citizen guardian bank registrants. In addition to training for bank registrants as a whole, we also provide individual interviews with delegates and advice on guardianship activities. In addition, in cooperation with related organizations, we are promoting acceptance of bank registrants.

We carry out the seventh citizen guardian training course in 2024.
