Citizen guardian training and activity support project

In Yokohama City, we train "citizen guardians" in which citizens are responsible for guardianship activities as a local familiar entity that supports those with insufficient judgment ability due to dementia, intellectual disability, mental illness, etc. In addition, we provide activity support for citizen guardian bank registrants. In addition to training for bank registrants, we also provide individual interviews with delegates and advice on guardianship activities. In addition, in cooperation with related organizations, we are promoting the acceptance of bank registrants.

We carry out the 7th citizen guardian training course in 2024.
