[Re-bid] We issue bid manuals (March 21, 2017)

We announced bid on May 31, 2016, but notice of bid decline was sent from all groups having bid participation qualification.
Due to the submission, the bidding was canceled on November 4.

In order to conduct a comprehensive evaluation general competitive bidding again, the tender notice was issued to the Yokohama City Procurement Notice Edition (March 21).
We publish and announce documents necessary for bid participation including bid manual, successful bidder decision standard on Yokohama-shi homepage.

We confirmed the bid participation qualification of the group where the bid participation qualification confirmation application was made on August 5.
To date, all groups qualified to participate in bidding have submitted a bid decline notice.

On February 10, 2016, Yokohama City decided to implement the redevelopment of the Yokohama Culture Gymnasium as a PFI project.
We announced the implementation policy and selected specific projects on March 24. .

We publish bid notice in Yokohama-shi procurement notice version (May 31) to perform general evaluation general competitive bidding, and we publish bid notice in Yokohama-shi procurement notice version (May 31).
