Shinyamashita First District Town Planning Promotion Committee

This details are based on Article 8 of the Shinyamashita Daiichi District Town Planning Promotion Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) to operate the agreement based on Article 8 of the “Shinyamashita First District Town Planning Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). 1 The committee shall be responsible for the owner of the land in the area of the agreement,City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau,Yamashita-Futo Redevelopment Coordination Section, and the Urban Development Bureau Urban Redevelopment Section.
2 The secretariat of the Shinyamashita Daiichi District Town Development Promotion Committee Secretariat (hereinafter referred to as the “Secretariat”) will be set up in the committee.

1 The committee has one chairperson and one vice chairperson.
2 The chairperson is the “Shin Yamashita Rinko District Redevelopment Promotion Council Commercial and Business Department Chairman”, and the vice chair is the “Shin Yamashita Rinko District Redevelopment Promotion Council Commercial and Business Vice Chair”.
3 The chairperson represents the committee and supervises the duties of the committee. The vice chairperson assists the chairperson and acts on behalf of the chair if there is an accident with the chairperson.
4. The committee shall be convened by the chairperson to discuss the following matters:
（１） Town planning activities in the target area (excluding simple ones)
（２） Others as provided for in the Agreement.
5 The committee may leave the discussion on town planning activities (simple) in the target area to the chairperson, the chairman of the Shin Yamashita Rinko District Redevelopment Promotion Council, and the Yokohama City.

6 Town planning activities (simple things) shall be as follows.
（１） Temporary buildings less than one year
（２） Installation of temporary structures that do not involve building construction
（３） Provisional advertising materials (ad balloons, etc.)

The secretariat will be set up within the Yamashita-Futo Redevelopment Coordination Section, City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau, and is mainly responsible for the work of committees related to urban development activities.

Person who is going to perform town planning act according to 1 agreement Article 9 Clause 1 (hereinafter referred to as "business") is based on "Shinyamashita first district city planning" and agreement, and refer to "guide of agreement" Proceed.
Based on the attached "Shinyamashita Daiichi District Town Development Consultation Flow" (PDF: 127KB), 2 companies will discuss and adjust the town planning act.
3 companies attach the relevant documents to the attachment "Shinyamashita Daiichi District Town Development Act Application" (word: 29KB) and discusses and coordinates with the committee.
4 The committee discusses and coordinates the applied town planning act, and notifies the employer by the attached "Consultation Contents Notice" (PDF: 8KB).

When the owners of the land transfer their rights, they will notify the committee by the attached “Notice of Change in Shinyamashita Daiichi District Land Ownership” (word: 22KB).

These details shall come into effect from the date of conclusion of the agreement and shall remain effective until an agreement on abolition as stipulated in Article 4 of the Agreement is reached.
