Promotion of Creative Industries

Yokohama City promotes collaboration between human resources engaged in creative activities such as artists and creators, and companies, communities, schools, etc., and works to create new business opportunities in the city and promote creative industries.

"texi" logo mark (technic x idea)

"texi" is a regional brand unique to Yokohama that combines the high technical skills (technic) of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city with the ideas of creators, which was born as part of the creative industrial promotion of Yokohama City. It is a logo mark.

Purpose of Use

New business through promotion of matching, product and service development, sales channel development and public relations activities, etc. with the aim of promoting collaboration between the two, developing products and services, developing sales channels and public relations activities, etc. Please use it to contribute to the promotion of creative industry of city including creation of opportunity, value.

Usage Procedures

1 Those who can use
Use is approved if all of the following requirements are met.
(1) When a company, school, community, etc. collaborates with people engaged in creative activities such as artists and creators who engage in creative activities such as artists and creators
(2) When contributing to the creation of new business opportunities and the promotion of the creative industry in the city, such as product and service development, sales channel development, promotion of public relations activities and matching


2 Main Use Flow
(1) Application
Use approval application (style No. 1) and business plan (things that understand activity policy, business contents, trademark use form) in advance to lively sports culture bureau creative city promotion section (up to approximately one month before use) Please submit materials.
(2) Examination and distribution
Based on the application, we will examine the availability and, if the use is approved, we will send you a usage approval form (Form No. 2) and logo data.
The data on the logo mark is in JPEG format.

※Please read the "Trademark (" texi "Logo Mark) Usage Guidelines" before using.

3 Precautions
You will not be able to use it in the following cases.
(1) When the credibility, dignity and image of Yokohama City and "texi" are impaired or when there is a risk of such.
(2) When it is used exclusively, such as using your own trademark or design, or when there is a risk of such.
(3) When it is deemed inappropriate to use the logo mark due to significant deformation, etc.
(4) When the interests of a third party or when there is a risk of harm to the interests of a third party.
(5) When it violates laws and regulations or public order and morals, or when there is a risk of such a thing.
(6) When giving a misunderstanding that supports or authorize a specific individual, business, organization, political party, or religious organization, or when there is a risk of such.
(7) When Yokohama City recognizes that the use is inappropriate in addition to what is specified in the preceding items.
