Yokohama City is promoting the “Cultural Arts Creation City Policy” that creates new value and appeal of the city by making use of the creativity of cultural arts in community development. Over the past 20 years, many artists and creators have been concentrated, and they have been making creative efforts unique to Yokohama. These efforts are spreading to various areas and areas in Yokohama, and the environment surrounding the facility is changing.
This facility, which has been used experimentally, will also be developed as a base for developing diverse and creative businesses, and we will recruit operators.

Yokohama City will collectively lend to the operating company for a fee under a fixed-term building lease agreement, and the operating company will operate and manage the facilities. After the loan agreement, the interior work required for operation will be carried out by the operating company in principle.

<Monthly payment fee> 2,069,765 yen (separate consumption tax and local consumption tax)

Based on the open call for proposal type proposal system, the former Daiichi Bank Yokohama, established by the Yokohama City Creative Area Formation Promotion Committee, an affiliated organization of Yokohama City, was established as an affiliated organization of Yokohama City.
Selection will be made based on the examination of the branch business evaluation and management organization selection subcommittee.
