The former Daiichi Bank Yokohama Branch, a historic building certified by Yokohama City, has been experimentally used as part of efforts to create new value and attractiveness of the city by utilizing the creativity of cultural arts in town development. This time, taking advantage of the value and charm of the "former Daiichi Bank Yokohama Branch", publicly recruiting operators to utilize creative methods and content, and selecting by Motoichi affiliated organizations, As a result, "BankPark YOKOHAMA ( Group name) "was selected as the operating company.

Agglomerate manufacturing culture that is open to the lives of citizens and serves as a bridge to the world.
・Utilizing the achievements and networks of our members who have been disseminating crafts around the world, we will collect various craft works and products from all over the world and Japan.
・ In a space for relaxation of flowers and greenery, we provide a variety of services that promote daily use using crafts, and bring the city to a lively event with various events in cooperation with domestic and foreign creators and local communities.
(2) Co-creation base Future Co-creation BANK
Citizens, companies, and creators co-create using the power of manufacturing for the future of children.
・Create three types of activities and co-creation spaces that citizens, creators, and workers can use according to the scene.
・We will develop resource recycling initiatives that transform waste into new works with the wisdom and technology of manufacturing, and create opportunities for co-creation across industries, fields, and countries. 1-Cultivate exchange of diverse values in the process of planning, 2-Resource recovery, 3-Creation of works, and 4-Exhibition and sales.

Purpose
In Yokohama City, we are making use of the creativity of cultural arts in town development and promoting the “Cultural Arts Creation City Policy” that creates new value and appeal of the city. Over the course of about 20 years, many artists and creators have gathered together to carry out creative initiatives unique to Yokohama. These initiatives are spreading to various areas and areas in Yokohama City, and the environment around this facility is also changing.
We will also develop this facility, which has been experimentally utilized, as a base for developing diverse and creative businesses, and openly recruit operators.

System for Utilization of this facility
Yokohama City lends it to the operating company for a fee under a fixed-term building lease contract, and the operating company operates and manages the facility. The interior work required for operation will be carried out by the operating company in principle after the loan contract.
<Lending period> 10 years (up to 5 years re-lending is possible)
<Monthly loan fee> 2,069,765 yen (separate consumption tax and local consumption tax)

Proposal selection will be based on the open call for proposal type proposal method, and will be selected based on the examination of the "Former Daiichi Bank Yokohama Branch Business Evaluation and Management Group Selection Subcommittee" established by the "Yokohama City Creation Neighborhood Formation Promotion Committee", an affiliated organization of Yokohama City. .
