　In Yokohama City, we are promoting the “art and Real Estate Business,” which aims to accumulate artists and creators and revitalize the town by utilizing vacant properties in Kannai and Kangai-District as an activity base for private and private artists and creators.
　In recent years, even on a private business basis, real estate has been created using new methods, such as "self-renovation" in which residents renovate themselves and "share houses" and "share offices" where multiple people move in together, regardless of conventional methods. There is an increasing number of cases where residents can be created and new activities are created by connecting them to their own Blanding.

　We have created a guidebook that summarizes recent initiatives related to art real estate, examples of creative use of idle real estate, and available support systems. (Revised in March 2022)
