In 1967, it was the beginning of a concert in the city hall lobby (citizen hall).
Initially, it was held as part of the revival of civil culture, but now it is operated independently by musicians.
In addition to conducting performance activities centered on citizen hall concerts in the Yokohama City Hall lobby, we expanded the scope of activities to contribute to the self-improvement of the members themselves and contribute to the music culture of Yokohama, and in 2018 the highest award of Yokohama City.
