On-site tours, briefings on application methods, application documents, etc. were held as follows.

• Date and time: From 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday, June 1, 2015
• Location: Training room Kanazawa Sports Center, Yokohama
• Number of participants: No more than 6 people in each group.
  However, if a joint venture (hereinafter referred to as “consortium”) is planned by multiple corporations, etc., the entire constituent group will be considered as one organization.
• How to apply: If you would like to participate, please send the application form to the Kanazawa Ward Regional Promotion Division Citizen's Activity Support Section by e-mail by noon on Friday, May 29.

  Please note that parking lots are not available on the day of the briefing, so please use public transportation.
• Other notes
  ・On the day of the event, we will not distribute materials such as application guidelines and business standards, so please print out the materials from the Kanazawa Ward website and bring them with you.
  ・Organizations applying for designated managers should participate in on-site tours and application briefings as much as possible.
  ・Organizations that fall under the application guidelines “9 Matters Concerning Public Offering and Selection (5) Disqualification Items” cannot participate.
  ・We do not limit visiting the museum on days other than on-site tours and application briefings, but we will not respond to any guidance or questions. In any case, photography and recording of documents in the office is prohibited.

In response to the selection report of the Yokohama City Kanazawa Sports Center Designated Manager Selection Committee, the designated candidates were determined as follows.

The designated manager is determined through the resolution of the Yokohama City Council.

Since there is only one applicant group, there are no runner-up candidates.
