About Yokohama-shi Nishishiba community care plaza and Yokohama-shi Nishishiba community house under maintenance now, we recruit designated managers to manage and operate from service start date (plan) of March 1, 2023 to 2026 .
※The service start is scheduled for March 2023, but even if the service start is delayed, the designated management period will be until March 31, 2027.

In response to the selection report of the Nishishiba Community Care Plaza in Yokohama City and the Nishishiba Community House Designated Manager Selection Committee, we decided the designated candidates as follows.
The designated manager is determined through the resolution of the Yokohama City Council.
