We provide advice on dental checkups for infants, Dentistry consultation, tooth brushing, etc.
Participation is free and reservation is required by the Yokohama City Electronic Application System (outside site).

In the morning, the reception start time is either 9:30, 10:00, 10:30.
In the afternoon, the reception start time will be either from 1:30, 2:00 or 2:30.

Reservations are required in advance using the Yokohama City Electronic Application System (outside site).

○Please make a reservation for the number of participants.
○To change your reservation, please cancel the reservation once and make a new reservation.
○You can cancel your reservation by yourself from My Page at least 2 days in advance.
○If you cancel or late for reservations after the day before, we will respond by phone.

Towels such as maternal and child health handbook, toothbrush for finishing brushes, other oral care goods, etc.

• If your child, parents, or family members of living together have symptoms such as fever or cough above 37.5 degrees Celsius, please refrain from participating.
• Waiting time may occur depending on the content of the consultation. Thank you for your understanding.
