Pediatric chronic illness medical care benefits

The medical expenses is subsidized by a designated medical institution for chronic diseases of children under the age of 18, which is specified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, if the criteria are met. If approved by the application, medical care benefits will be eligible for treatment after the date of application and the expected treatment period by the designated doctor.
