Notary consultation

The notary public at the notary public office will receive consultations on contracts (creation of notarized deeds) such as wills, voluntary guardianship contracts, and rental contracts.
[Notice] Face-to-face consultations, which had been suspended since August 2021, will be resumed after May 2024.
Date and place
- On the second Tuesday of every month from 1 pm to 3 pm ※The consultation time is 30 minutes.
- Izumi Ward Office Public Relations Section (1st floor 101st floor)
Consultation method
- You can choose either face-to-face consultation or telephone consultation. (From May 2024)
- If you would like to have a face-to-face consultation in a private room, please cooperate with the use of a mask as much as possible.
Application method
- Reservation is required (as needed).
- Apply by telephone (045-800-2337) or directly to the counter.
- ※If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. In the case of unauthorized cancellation, the next reservation will be refused.
