※In some cases, we may not be able to accept consultations, such as cases where it is almost inevitable that a legal dispute that must be resolved in negotiations.

9:00 a.m. to noon on the second Wednesday of every month
※Consultation is available from 9:00 am to 11:30 am (first come, first served on the day)
※In case of congestion, consultation time will be limited to 30 minutes.

Face-to-face consultation

Please come directly to the Izumi Ward General Government Building 1F 101 window during the consultation hours.
If there are many requests and we cannot respond within the consultation time, we may refuse.
