※Consultation reception is from 9:00 am to 11:30 am (first come, first served on the day)
※In case of congestion, the consultation time will be about 30 minutes.

Face-to-face consultation

Please come directly to the 101st floor of the Izumi Ward General Government Building during the consultation hours.
If there are many requests and we cannot respond within the consultation time, we may refuse.
