What is Health Management?
Health management is based on the belief that efforts to maintain and improve the health of employees are investments that will increase profitability in the future, and to implement them strategically.
(Note) "Health management" is a registered trademark of the Nonprofit Organization Health Management Study Group.
About Yokohama Health Management Certification
"Yokohama Health Management Certification" is a system in which The Mayor of Yokohama certifies business establishments engaged in "health management" based on the examination by the Certification Committee. Currently, 918 offices in the city have been certified. (As of April 1, 2023)

Certification Category
We evaluate the PDCA cycle status of health management initiatives in business sites from the viewpoint of "understanding and involvement of management", "promotion of health management", and "evaluation of initiatives", and certify them in the following three categories. For more information, please refer to the Authentication FAQ.
Class A: Initiatives that embody the clear culture, such as the Health Management Declaration, and its will
Class AA: Meet the requirements of Class A, further develop a health management promotion system, grasp employee health issues, and initiatives that meet health issues
Those who are doing business
Class AAA: Those that meet the requirements of Class AA, further evaluate the results of initiatives in line with health issues, and lead to the following initiatives
※If you do not meet the requirements of Class A requirements, you will not be certified.
