Izumi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan (FY2016-FY2)

• The Yokohama City Community Welfare and Health Plan is formulated and promoted with the aim of promoting the creation of a system for supporting each other in the immediate community, aiming to be a community development where everyone can live in their own health with peace of mind.
• In Izumi Ward, we support each other and help each other! Based on the basic philosophy of the energetic town spring, there are two ways: a "district plan" that promotes local-based initiatives in each district, and a "ward plan" that promotes initiatives to solve issues common to the area. We push forward approach.
• Ward plan "support, help each other can be used! In order to realize the basic philosophy of "Izumi, a vibrant city," we will set special emphasis on focusing on the three pillars of promotion and promote it. In order to support the efforts of the district for issues common to each district or issues that cannot be solved by the district alone, the ward office, ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, and Community Care Plaza will work with inhabitants of a ward, activity groups, related organizations, etc. We will work together.
• The district-specific plan shows the efforts of local residents and activity groups to respond to more closely to local issues, and in each area, people involved in welfare and health activities. This is a plan formulated by the local residents themselves. We formulate and promote regional plans for each of the 12 districts based on the Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations areas.
