3rd Izumi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan (FY2016-FY2016)

• The Yokohama City Community Welfare and Health Plan is formulated and promoted with the aim of creating a framework for mutual support in local communities, with the aim of becoming a community development where everyone can live with peace of mind and health.
• In Izumi Ward, "Supporting and helping each other!" Based on the basic philosophy of "Izumi, a vibrant town", we are in line with the "District Plan", which promotes community-based initiatives for each district, and the "District Plan", which promotes initiatives to solve issues common to the area. We will promote our efforts.
• The ward plan is "Supporting and helping each other!" In order to realize the basic philosophy of the energetic town spring, we will focus on putting particular emphasis in five years in line with the three pillars of promotion and promote it. In order to support the efforts of the district in response to issues common to each district and issues that cannot be solved by the district alone, the ward office, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, and the Community Care Plaza will work with residents, activity groups, related organizations, etc. I will work together.
• The district-specific plan shows the efforts of local residents and activity groups to support each other in order to respond to more familiar local issues in detail, and people involved in welfare and health activities in each region It is a plan formulated by the local residents, mainly in the center. We have formulated and promoted district-specific plans for each of the 12 districts based on the Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations areas.
