I created an illustration of "Izuchan", a promotion character of Izumi Waku Waku Plan (Izumi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan).
This illustration can be used for businesses and initiatives related to the Izumi Waku Waku Plan, and can also be used in local activities of residents and groups.
