Introduction of Promenade on the banks of the Okagawa Waterway
The Ookagawa diversion channel was created to prevent Ookagawa's swelling. The road that continues along the flow is the Ookagawa Branch Promenade. In the spring, a row of cherry blossom trees that extend to Negishi Bay blooms all at once and show beautiful colors.
