It is a 230,000-square-meter park that spans Isogo Ward and Konan Ward, with free plazas, lawn plazas, children's playgrounds, Oike and Bairin, and walking paths for forest bathing.
About 90 plums are planted in Bairin. About 300 cherry trees are planted in the park, and they are worth seeing when they are in full bloom.
