About Yokohama-shi cancer screening, medical institution

If you wish to take the health check-up inspection in Yokohama (application method)

1.Select the medical institution to be consulted according to the health check-up examination you want to take. (You can check it from the link below.)

2.Call the selected medical institution directly by telephone, "I want to have a XX health check-up test in Yokohama City".

3.At the date and time you booked, please bring something that can identify you, such as a health insurance card.

　Breast cancer is rapidly increasing due to the westernization of dietary habits and the longer period during which the mammary glands are exposed to female hormones due to a decrease in childbirth experience, and it is said that one in nine women will suffer. As it progresses from early stage, there are stages from stage 0 to stage IV, but up to stage I (* 1), the 10-year survival rate will exceed 90%.
　However, in most cases there are no subjective symptoms such as pain at an early stage, so early detection by health check-up is necessary.

※１： It refers to the period when the lymph nodes have metastases and the cancer is less than 2 centimeters.

October is "Intensive Campaign Month for Achieving 60% Cancer Screening Consultation Rate" & "Yokohama City Health Promotion Month".

We aim to improve cancer screening consultation rate for early detection and treatment of cancer.
