What is the town corner museum?
The Machikado Museum has nine stores along the old Tokaido for a long time.
In a small space at the storefront, tools and materials that tell the history and lifestyle that have been accumulated in Hodogaya are displayed. One of the attractions of visiting the town corner museum is to ask the director who has lived in Hodogaya for a long time and learns about the history of the town, about the exhibits and meet local people.
Collect stamps and get prizes!
If you collect stamps from each town corner museum, you will receive Hodogaya-juku original goods.

Depending on the museum, you can experience using old tools and listen to the director's story about the history of the old Tokaido.

Stamp mount
Stamp mounts will be distributed at museums and Hodogaya Ward Offices.
※We distribute in railroad station PR box in ward, each district center, community care plaza, but please note that number is limited.
※A copy can also be used as a mount.
