Do you know that there are many historical and attractive buildings and archeological sites in the ward, such as Tokaido Hodogaya-juku, modern waterworks, factory ruins, and houses with Western-style buildings? Visit attractive historical spots and feel the local history, climate, and culture close to you.

There is no parking lot at each venue. Please use public transportation.

Course
[A Course] Tokaido Touring with Ukiyo-e
Along with ukiyo-e paintings depicting the scenery of Hodogaya-juku, you will visit historical spots on the old Tokaido.
[B Course] Visit the site of the factory and shopping streets along the Katabira River that supported modern development
Tour the site of the factory that developed from the Meiji era to the Showa era while looking at old photographs.
[C Course] Visit the Western-style building and Catholic church on the hill
Visit the Western-style and Western-style houses built in the early Showa period from Taisho.

Photographs of historic buildings in Hodogaya (temple shrines, Machiya, etc.) and modern factories along the Katabira River that existed during the Meiji, Taisho and Showa eras will be exhibited!
