Handling of Holidays and Nights

Notifications related to family register, such as birth, death, marriage, etc. are also accepted at the “Holiday / Night Reception Desk”.
The submitted registration form will be inspected at a later date in Family Registry Division and will contact you if there are any missing documents or need to be confirmed.
In addition, procedures related to transfers of Address, such as transference, Seal Registration, Juki cards, etc. cannot be handled.
Information on holiday and night reception desks (if coming from Hoshikawa Station on the Sotetsu Line)
Cross the traffic light in front of the ward office and turn right.
Go straight ahead while looking at the ward office on your left.
After entering the underground parking lot, there is a "holiday / night reception desk" on your left.
