(1)　Please fill in required items on the registration documents (* Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Health and Welfare Division Health Promotion and Health Action Support Business) Registration Form (word: 25KB))) and bring it to the application below or submit it by mail.

　　※Applications for registration are accepted throughout the year, but if you wish to work from April 1, 2024 (Monday), please apply by February 20, 2024 (Wednesday).
(2)　You will need to register at the application site. (The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2025.)
(3)　Interviews will be conducted for those who meet the conditions such as occupations and working days, etc. The date and time of the interview will be announced individually to registered persons.

(4)　After the selection process, we will inform you of the results of the selection.
(5)　If the recruitment is made as a result of the selection, we will proceed with the appointment as a fiscal year appointment staff.

Registration is not a promise of appointment. If you register, we will not contact you for an interview if you do not meet the conditions.

(1)　Working Conditions
　　　Refer to the attached “List of Job Types for Registration”
　　　※Other working conditions include ordinances related to salaries and reimbursement for staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.
　　　　It is based on the relevant regulations.
(2)　Status
　　　Fiscal year appointment staff stipulated in Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Law
(3)　Appointment Period
　　　Appointment will be made as necessary during the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
　　　※If your work performance is good, you may be reappointed. (Up to 4 times)

In the event of disqualification for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law, the appointment staff for the fiscal year cannot be appointed.
(1)　Those who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer receive their execution
(2)　A person who has been disciplined and dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
(3)　A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment as a member of the Human Resources Committee or the Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment as stipulated in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act.
(4)　A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it will be destroyed by violence after the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution.
(5)　A person who is to be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

The personal information described in the submitted documents will not be used for any purpose other than the appointment of the fiscal year appointment staff.

This is subject to suspension of the fiscal 2024 budget to be resolved by the Yokohama City Council.
