[Hodogaya Ward] Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Statistics and Elections Section General Affairs Division, Election Administration Assistance) Registration System (adopted in fiscal 2024)

In the appointment of the Hodogaya Ward fiscal year appointment staff (election affairs assistance), those who have registered the desired working conditions in advance, and if the election is to be executed during FY2024, the appointment will be decided through interviews. If you wish to register, please check the following and submit the required documents to Hodogaya Ward General Affairs Division Statistics and Elections Section.

Please note that this registration system does not promise an interview or appointment. Even if you register, we will not contact you for an interview if the conditions do not meet. In addition, there is no election scheduled for 2024, but we will contact you when there is sudden election.

（１）　Administrative assistance related to election operations in general
　　A. Preparation and sorting of items for voting and counting
　　B. Reception of briefing sessions and venue setup assistance
　　(C) Absentee voting office work assistance

（２）　Disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically assisted work, only during working hours)

（３）　Other matters ordered by the head of the affiliation

　　Those who satisfy all of the following (1) to (4)
（１）　Those who are interested in work related to elections, or have experience
（２）　Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2024
（３）　Those who do not fall under the disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law
　　Oh, a person who is sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until the execution is completed or no longer receives the execution.
　　(A) A person who has been disciplinary dismissal as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
　　C) A member of the Human Resources Committee or the Equity Committee who has been committed to crimes prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act
　　D) A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it will be destroyed by violence after the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution.
　　(E) A person who is to be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act that partially revises the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999).
（４）　Those who are aware of as public servants and do not participate in election campaigns or political activities during the appointment period
　　※Political acts are restricted by the Local Public Service Law, the Public Office Election Law, and the Political Funds Control Law.

（２）　It is desirable to have experience engaged in election affairs assistance.

　　　According to the shift table (about 4 days a week from Monday to Sunday)

　　　9,150 yen per day
　　　Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately

　　　According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City

　　　Working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary of staff appointed for Yokohama-shi fiscal year and expense compensation.

　　　Perform the registration procedure at the application site (the expiration date of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2025).
（３）　Interview Contact
　　　After the election date has been decided, we will inform the registrants who meet the conditions at any time about the implementation of the interview selection.
（４）　Result notification
　　　After the selection process, the results of the selection will be notified by mail. Subsequently, the appointment procedure will be carried out as an appointment staff member.

Registration in the roster does not guarantee an interview or appointment. Even if you register, we will not contact you for interviews if the conditions do not meet. In addition, when election is not carried out in Hodogaya-ku, Yokohama-shi in 2024, the list registration concerned becomes invalid.
