1. Please fill in the required items on the registration documents (registration form for staff appointed for the fiscal year of Children and Families Support Division in the fiscal year of Hodogaya Ward) and bring it to the "Application for Contact Information" or submit it by mail.
   ※If you wish to appoint on April 1, 2024, please submit a registration form by [Thursday, February 22, 2024]. 2. Registration procedures will be carried out in this section. (The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2025.)
3. Interview selection will be conducted for those who meet the conditions, such as occupations and working days. 4. Please submit the application documents (“Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff”, a copy of the certificate certifying qualification requirements) by the designated date.
5. Interview selection will be conducted.
6. We will inform you of the results of the selection process.
7. If the recruitment is made as a result of the selection, we will proceed with the appointment as a fiscal year appointment staff.

Registration is not a promise of appointment. If you register, we will not contact you for an interview if the conditions do not meet the conditions.

Qualification requirements are required depending on the job you want (see Appendix, List of Job Types for Registration).

※Other working conditions are based on the relevant regulations, such as the ordinance on salary and reimbursement for staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.

Fiscal year appointment staff stipulated in Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Law

Appointment will be made as necessary during the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
※If your work performance is good, you may be reappointed. (Up to 4 times)

In the event of disqualification for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law, the appointment staff for the fiscal year cannot be appointed.

1. Those who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer receive their execution
2. A person who has been disciplined and dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
3. A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment as a member of the Human Resources Committee or the Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment as stipulated in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act.
4. A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it will be destroyed by violence after the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution.
5. A person who is to be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

If necessary, you may be asked to consult physical checkup at the time of hiring.

If you are engaged in Check ups for Infants and Toddlers, you will be able to check the results of your tuberculosis health check-up (chest x-ray) consulted within one year. There is no provision of opportunities for health check-up and health check-up expenses.

1. The personal information described in the submitted documents will not be used for any purpose other than the appointment of the fiscal year appointment staff.
2. Please note that the submitted documents will not be returned.
3. If the budget for fiscal 2024 is not voted on by the Yokohama City Council, it may not be adopted even if it passes the selection process.
