Hodogaya Ward's Global Warming Countermeasures

Hodogaya Ward aims to reduce the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions from the Yokohama city area by 22% by FY2020, 30% by FY2030, and 80% by FY2050 (all compared to FY2013) by FY2013.
