Hodogaya Health and Welfare Center conducts Health Checkups (hereinafter referred to as “health checkups”) for 4-month-old, 1-year-old, 6-month-old and 3-year-old children. About one month before the designated date, a notification of a medical examination will be sent to each home. In order to carry out the medical examination smoothly, please fill out the medical questionnaire enclosed in the notice and bring it with you on the day.

• Information may not be sent to those who have moved in, so please contact us.
• If you feel unwell or inconvenient on the designated date, please come to the medical examination day after the designated date.
• If you are unable to come to the infant health checkup, we may check your child's child. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you have any problems such as taking care of your siblings or carrying luggage at the medical examination site, please do not hesitate to contact the "childcare cooperative".
• Please refrain from taking pictures and videos at the medical examination site.
• Please refrain from drinking at the medical examination site. (You can drink water and tea.)
• Please eat and breastfeeding in advance.
• The medical examination site may be small, so please use the stroller storage area. (If you need it, please bring a baby strap etc.)

In a 4-month-old child checkup, we check the status of growth and health, the sitting of the neck, the ability to see things firmly, and the opening of the hip joint. If necessary, we will also introduce a specialized institution. In addition, we also accept consultations on the physical condition and childcare of mothers after childbirth.
