Application
- Applications at the Hodogaya Ward Office are for residents of Hodogaya. (If you live outside Hodogaya Ward, please apply at the ward office or local government of your ward.)
- Please visit the desired childcare facilities and businesses in advance and check if you can go to the park.
- The admission date is the first day of the month you wish to enter. As a general rule, the admission date cannot be delayed.
- Entrance in January, February and March 2025 is due to the use adjustment of entrance in April 2025 first, and usage adjustment may not be performed even if there is space. If you wish to continue admission after April, you will need to apply for admission in April 2025 separately.
- If the application for relocation is completed, the current garden will be closed even if you decline. Therefore, if you no longer wish to relocate, be sure to withdraw your application.
- Application is by mail in principle. However, those who fall under the following do not accept mail, so please contact the ward office by phone first.

How to apply
Application deadline
It will be the 10th of the previous month of the month you want to enter (if it falls on a weekend, holiday, the previous open agency day).
- The deadline must arrive (Please note that postmarks are not valid on the day).
- Mail envelopes can be made by private envelopes. As we do not tell that we accepted from ward office, if you are worried, please consider methods such as simple registered mail.
- Documents received after the deadline will be eligible for the month following the month you wish to enter.
- The order of application and the results of waiting for entrance have nothing to do with usage adjustment.
- We do not handle nursery school entrance-related duties on Saturday open agency days.

About whether or not to enter
- The selection will be made at the end of the month before the desired month of admission, and those who can enter will be notified by telephone.
- When the use of nursery schools is decided, we send "facility, business use adjustment result letter of advice".
- When the use is not decided, we send "facility, business use adjustment result (pending) letter of advice".
- We issue "facility, business use adjustment result (pending) letter of advice" only at the time of the first use adjustment after receiving application and when we added hope garden. After that, the pending status will continue and will be subject to monthly usage adjustment.
- A separate application is required for usage adjustment after April 2025.
- If you no longer wish to enter due to a pending state, please withdraw your application.
