1 The recommended amount of beer per day is 500 mL for men and 250 mL for women? !

Amount of 1 go of each alcoholic beverage

It's true.
 About 20g of pure alcohol of main alcoholic beverages
①Beer (5% of frequency)…One can 500mL per can
②Sake (frequency 15%)…1 go 180 mL
③Wine (12%)…2 glasses 220 mL
④Shochu (25%)…Half-height 100mL
⑤Whiskey (frequency 40%)…Double 60 mL
※For women, half the above amount is the recommended drinking amount per day.

2 If men continue to drink 2 cans of 500 mL of beer a day (1,000 mL in total) will increase the risk of lifestyle-related diseases? !

It's true.
The amount of alcohol that increases the risk of lifestyle-related diseases (the amount of pure alcohol) is "at least 40g (4 drinks) a day and 20g (2 drinks) or more for women. Drinking alcohol has been shown to increase the risk of other health and social issues as well as lifestyle-related diseases. In order to enjoy drinking healthy, set up at least two days a week.
※1 drink = pure alcohol 10g
※For elderly people and those who turn red after drinking, we recommend a smaller amount.

Is it true that alcohol can also affect the fetus?

Illustration that a pregnant woman has an effect on the fetus.

It's true.
Drinking by mothers during pregnancy can cause low weight, face-to-face malformation and brain damage to the fetus and baby/infant. Pregnant women should stop drinking completely, as there is no cure for fetal alcohol syndrome, and a small amount of drinking can occur at any time of pregnancy.
