What is Oral Fillow?
Oral flail is a condition in which the mouth function is reduced.
- Speaking down
- Increase in food spills and slight sprains
- Increasing foods that cannot be chewed
- Drying mouth
These symptoms appear. If left unchecked, it may lead to a need for nursing care, but if you notice it quickly and take appropriate measures, you can return to a healthier condition.

To prevent oral flail
Keep your mouth and teeth clean, and do healthy exercises
Keep your mouth clean
- Correct toothpaste (including interdental cleaning)
- Care for tongue and oral mucosa
- Gargle
Do healthy exercises
- Pronunciation
- Mouth exercises
- Vocalization and syntax training
- Meal posture
You can expect the effect if you do it every day!
