In Yokohama City, we believe that efforts to maintain and promote the health of employees, etc. are investment to increase the profitability of companies in the future, and consider the health promotion of employees, etc. from a management perspective and implement them strategically. In order to widely disseminate the concept of “health management” widely, we have certified offices that engage in health management as Yokohama Health Management Certification Offices.

We evaluate the PDCA cycle status of health management initiatives in business establishments from the viewpoints of "understanding and involvement of managers", "promotion of health management", and "evaluation of initiatives", and certify them in the following three categories.
Class A　：Initiatives that embody the clear culture of the Declaration of Health Management, etc. and their intentions　　　　　
Class AA　：Those that meet the requirements of Class A, develop a health management promotion system, grasp employee health issues, and implement initiatives in line with health issues.
Class AAA ：Those that meet the requirements of Class AA, evaluate the results of initiatives in line with health issues, and lead to the following initiatives
