In addition to serving as an evacuation center equipped with disaster prevention equipment, it also plays a role as a base for receiving and transmitting information and collecting and distributing supplies for evacuees (including home evacuees).

With the change in the position of COVID-19 under the Infectious Diseases Control Law to Class 5 Infectious Diseases on May 8, training can be carried out without any particular restrictions.
