Last update date December 8, 2023
The Yokohama Loop South Line is the southern section of the Yokohama Ring Road, connecting the Yokohama Yokosuka Road (Kamariya Junction) and National Highway No. 1 (Kumizawa-cho, Totsuka-ku) and National Highway No. 1 (Kumizawa-cho, Totsuka-ku), an expressway (automobile road).
In a wide area, it is a part of the Metropolitan Chuo Expressway (General National Route 468), which connects core cities in the Tokyo metropolitan area such as Yokohama, Atsugi, and Hachioji.
About 70% of the Yokohama Loop South Line has an underground type and moat split structure.
At two junctions (Kamariya, Sakae), Yokohama Fujisawa Line, National Highway No. 1). (* The name of the junction and interchanges are tentatively named.)
