How to apply
Credit card, multi-payment payment
Please apply from your hometown tax payment portal site.

※We do not accept applications by mail.
※In the case of person living in Yokohama-shi and corporation, group, please apply from portal site (oldness and choice, oldness, oldness, oldness, oldness, oldness) supporting donation without return goods.
In the case of payment at a financial institution
Please apply from the donation application form or the Internet (electronic application service). We will issue a payment slip.
Please pay at the designated financial institution (bank, Japan Post Bank, etc.).
