1.Application conditions
(1) About return goods provider

- A series of work related to providing return goods to donors, including the work of sending goods and the work of issuing and sending use tickets for services, etc.
- Being able to provide a stable supply of return goods.
- Being able to fulfill the contract in good faith.
(2) About return goods
- Standards (hereinafter referred to as "local product standards") specified by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications prescribed in Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Notification No. 179 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications on April 1, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as "local product standards") No. 1 to No. 4, No. 6 and No. 7 must be satisfied. Regarding the applicable status of local product standards, the latest laws and regulations (including interpretation) Judgment will be made based on the status of manufacturing, etc. (The fact that it was a return item in the past is not a judgment factor.)
- It is produced or produced as a business, and must not be created privately by personal hobbies or special skills. In addition, it must not be an article or service that is subject to additional purchases, etc. other than the goods or services.
- In cases other than those produced and manufactured by yourself, the consent of the producer / manufacturer must be obtained to provide the hometown of the city as tax return goods.
- In the case of provision of services, it must be provided in Yokohama City and must be a service belonging to the following types A to D. It is possible to propose a combination of the types A to D, but in that case, you must register the necessary travel business. Except for a limited time, the expiration date must be at least 6 months from the date of issue in principle. In addition, take measures that become unavailable outside A to D and outside the city.
A Accommodation (accommodation at city facilities. Packaged tours with accommodation at city facilities, etc.)
B Sightseeing (Examples of sightseeing to city spots: tours by taxi, etc.)
C Experience (Example plan related to sightseeing in Yokohama: sailing experience, sightseeing farm experience, events, concerts, etc.)
D Meal (meal plan at city facilities)
2.Maximum number of proposals
In this open call for participants, the number of proposals is limited to three products per business operator (total maximum number of goods and services). Items already posted on the portal site page as Yokohama City return goods in FY2022 will not be included in this upper limit. Even in this case, it is necessary to submit the forms, etc. described in the open call for participants summary 6 (2).
3.Price and cost of return goods
- The price of return items shall be within the upper limit of 1 million yen and the lower limit of 1,500 yen, including packing, box, packing, and consumption tax in the product price.
- If installation costs, etc. are incurred separately, the costs shall be included in the price of the return item. Please perform procedures such as installation by the return goods provider.
- As a general rule, the shipping fee will be borne by the city. (It does not need to be included in the proposed price.)
