Tsuzuki Ward Land Open Call Loan (limited to hourly parking lots)
As part of effective utilization of possession assets and securing financial resources, we perform loan open call for participants about municipal land by general competitive bidding.

Bidding conditions
You can apply only to corporations or individuals who actually operate parking lot business.
Location of properties, etc. (The following 5 properties will be loaned collectively)

Location of land: 1-8-14-1, Kachidaminami, Tsuzuki-ku Division
Land: Residential land
Land area: About 230 square meters
Property②
Location of land: 3-15-4, Kitayamata, Tsuzuki-ku
Land: Residential land
Land area: About 165 square meters
Property③
Location of land: 6-3-9, Kitayamata, Tsuzuki-ku
Land: Residential land
Land area: About 156 square meters
Property④
Location of land: 15-6, Sakuranamiki, Tsuzuki-ku
Land: Residential land
Land area: Approximately 326 square meters
Property⑤
Location of land: 11-10, Ninomaru, Tsuzuki-ku
Land: Residential land
Land area: About 176 square meters
Minimum bid price (monthly)
¥105,600 per month (total of 5 locations)
Contract deposits
3 months of monthly rent (successful bid)
Loan period
Three years from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2028
Loan conditions
・Use is limited to hourly parking lots.
・The lessee should pave the area specified by the city for the five loan locations.
・The management and operation costs of the parking lot and pavement costs will be borne by the borrower.
