About land price paid for abandoned road waterway

　As a rough estimate of the land price, it will be about half the standard residential land price of the district (refer to the published land price announced by the government every year) (unit price per square meter). Depending on the restricted zone, etc., it may exceed half the standard residential land price of the district.

　The following formula allows you to estimate the estimated amount of land for the abandoned road canal.
　By applying the published land price, front land price (property tax), measured area, etc. similar to the neighborhood of the land subject to the withdrawal, you can calculate the approximate amount of land price for the abandoned road waterway floor.

※The calculation result is only a trial calculation, and is different from the actual amount of land paid off for abandoned waterways.
　

　Published land price of nearby similar restricted zone or prefectural standard land price (yen / m2) x 1/2 x measured area (m2) = approximate amount (yen)

　Front land price (property tax) (yen / m2) / 0.7 x 1/2 x actual measurement area (m2) = approximate amount (yen)
